Konrad Napieralski
Manager at Cisco Systems

Has been with Cisco since 2006. During this period he was responsible for sales in the telecommunications operators sector and the development of XaaS services in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Russia. Currently, as Director of Market Development and Innovation, he leads a team of architects working with Cisco Poland’s biggest clients on the technological evolution of their infrastructure and IT organization in accordance with strategic commercial objectives. The team carries out projects related to SDN, IoT, Connected Cities/Homes, Indoor Localization, Smart Grid, PMB and the Cloud, among others.

He is the creator of Cisco Connect, a unique conference and a meeting place for the leaders of Poland’s largest companies, government representatives and entrepreneurs as well as modern technology visionaries and futurists. He is also the organizer of Cisco Innovation Days, a review of the most interesting Polish startups and projects by students of technical universities.

He has worked in the ICT industry for 20 years. For many years he has been associated with major telecommunications operators in Poland as a product manager.

He is a graduate of physics from the Technical University of Łódź, and received further education at University College London and the School of Economics.
